Several times.

Once I was the middle car of a 3 car crash, because the truck behind me crashed into me so hard, my car ended up damaging the bumper of the car in front of me.

I was deemed partially liable because the guy in front altered his testimony (changed it to saying that he felt two bumps), after it was found that the truck driver didn't have insurance. The accident photos obviously didn't align with his story, but my insurance decided to settle. I ended up getting a dashcam because of that BS.

Second, I had a protected green arrow, and some dude in a Lexus ran a red light and t-boned me.

The guy ran out of the car, yelling to crowd around us about how I ran the red. He didn't notice the dashcam. So when the police arrived and pulled me aside for my testimony, I told them about the footage. No issues with insurance after that.
