can i re use my original nose piercing it looks like a arrow on the end?

i am planning on changing my nose piercing it has healed and i plan to put a hoop in but for college or work i may have to change it back and i was wondering will i be able to add my i think it is a nose bone or something like that back or not?
it has a arrow at one end and a jewel at the other
