scared!

I very recently got my nose pierced(recently being about 2 weeks ago) and my stud fell out while I was washing my face. I couldn't find the stud and I used a diffrent stud to replace it(I sterlized it with alcohol before insertion). Now there is a small absess inside my nose, and I'm almost postive its filled with puss. How do I fix this?
