Piercing hasn't healed yet!

I've had my nose pierced for almost a year now. It doesn't hurt, and for the most part it looks absolutely normally. Occasionally, I'll wake up with a white bump on the piercing. If I take the stud out, pus flows out. So it's not a pimple; it's a bump around the piercing itself. After the pus flows out, it's followed by blood. I'm not sure how to treat this problem, because I cleaned my piercing with antibiotic stuff that my piercer gave me for many months. I also have a surgical steel stud in. I don't know what else I could possibly do!
