Can noses be to small to pierce?

Okay so I'm 14 an I want my nose pierced but I know ths girl an she says my nose is to small an it would look weird .. Bit I think since my nose is small it would look cute ... Idk but does small noses look bad with nose piercing.. Just a little stud
