Bump inside my nose

well before my piercing was even healed it fell out while i was asleep and i had trouble getting the jewelry back in so i decided to but new ones that is completely straight ( a stud ) since it would go in easier, i just realized its way smaller than the stud the had put in the piercing store. & inside my nose where the piercing is there's like a bump , what should i do ? should i go back to the piercing store so they can put it back in or wait til it heals ?
