Bleeding nose ring

I got my nose pierced with a ring about 3 weeks ago and have been cleaning it with a salt water solution. At first there was just a bit of yellow gunk that came out of it but now it's bleeding. The bleeding does scab but it doesn't look very nice. What should I do?
