Washing your nose ring.

What do I use to wash my nose ring while it's still healing? My friend suggested anti-bacterial soap, but I'm not sure if that's right. I'm worried about infection, would just normal hand wash anti-bacterial soap work!? I have Band-Aid brand antiseptic wash, rubbing alcohol, and sea salt. What do I do to wash it!
