nose rings got stuck in he curtain and cut the top skin nd bled.

i have a piercing for the past 15days and it got stuck today in the curtain and got pulled in force which caused severe pain and started bleeding. it got a cut from outside, and looks like a bit of skin near the hole is torn. I have cleaned it with detol and applied aftershave lotion as directed by my piercer over the phone. and applied some home made ointment that heals bumps/boils.
I am not sure how far its going to help in healing. and I am afraid of getting a boil or bump. please suggest me what to do for it???
