Nose ring issues

Hi, I just got my nose pierced last week and when I woke up this morning, I noticed the ring was about to go through the hole. What's the best way to deal with that?
My nose was also pierced at an angle, so my ring isn't going parallel to my nose, rather it is straight, so one end of the jewelry is kind of digging into my skin. Not sure what to do! I'm thinking I might have to pull it out, let it close and repierce it. Please help
