My nose stud keeps turning and feels loose? :(

I've had my nose percred for about a year now, and in the beginning it got hit and pulled out a few times and now its always turning so that the inside pokes out my nose and i feel like im always turning it....is it possible that the hole got larger and should i get a largeer gauge stud? but i DO NOT want to like gauge my nose like people do ears..

should i get a larger nose stud of is this normal?
