I Want To Get My Nose Pierced Again.

I first got my nose pierced in August of 2011 when I was away for college but when I came home in the month of December I started back working at my old job. Before I started working they told me I could not wear my nose ring. Throughout those months my nose have not healed so my nose piercing closed up once I got home to insert the stud back in. Now it is Jan. and I want to get it pierced again. How long do I have to wait to get it done over?
P.S. I can still feel where it was pierced at so I dont think its completely healed.
