Yes, you can get your nose pierced, but if you are aged 13-15 in the UK you need parental permission, so get your parents to agree and take one with you to the studio as they'll need to sign a form of some sort to show they've given permission. Make sure your school will be okay with this, or have a good plan to hide it haha. Don't go against your parents if they won't let you and then try to hide it from them as it's just not worth it, just wait until you're 16 and you don't need permission (also, most colleges will be a lot more liberal with your appearance than schools, with no uniform etc.)

there is no age limit only thing you should get it done in front of mom or dad in india it is done even from 1st year onwards if you are so crazy get it done and enjoy from that moment by spending few minutes daily with mirror that's all.
