I'm 13, but 1 month after I turned 13 I got my eyebrow pierced and my mother told me I wasn't allowed to get anything pierced until August 2012. So, around new years I stared annoying her everyday to allow me to get my nose pierced I even told her if she would let me I would go to the city (I live in New York so you can go there to get things pierced when under age). Two weeks ago she finally agreed. So I suggest, just annoy the absolute shit out of her, it's a possibility she might say yes. And, if she doesn't agree no matter how bad you want it done DO NOT pierce it yourself. Because my piercing guy told me you have more of a chance of it becoming infected and/or misplacing it and really fucking up your nose and scaring your nose to look deformed.

I pierced my own nose when I was twelve, but at the age of twelve you are lucky to walk into a chemist & get your ears done. The legal age for getting a piercing is 16 without bring accompanied by an adult.
