HELP! ME! PLEASE!

Okay I have had my nose peirced for a few days, Im not really sure if it's 3 or 4....but anyways I have a few questions. It really buggs me that I cant clean it throughly, so I pop it out and clean it, except it still has the bump inside, and its red on the outside. Like red. WILL ME POPPING IT OUT DAILY AFTER JUST HAVNG IT PEIRCED CAUSE A INFECTION??????????? How do I really take care of it? & What type can I use for when I change it?
