Don't want to wait...

I'm 12 turning 13 very soon and me and my mom have had talk about waiting until I'm 14 to get it done. I have a feeling that if I try I can find a place that will do it even if I'm a minor but have a parent consent. I should already have it though, and I don't know why I want it so bad I feel like crying. I don't want to wait much longer......I know it's kind of childish to cry about it, but it's just one of those things......what do I do? I REALLY want this now....
