Dont know what to do!

I got my nose piercing two weeks ago&i changed it the other day…when I was going to change it my mom had to cut it off with a nailcutter b/c I couldn't get it off…now I'm wearing a new one and this 1 doesn't go in!it hurts a lot&it bleeds sometimes idk what to do!HELP ME PLEASE!
