Blood!

I just got my nose pierced a few weeks ago, and I've accidentally torn it on my blanket, but now there seems to be a sack developed outside of my piercing, on the outside of my nose. The inside is totally fine, but there's this awkward sack of blood on the outside. Is this normal? Should I rotate it? Antibacterial soap?
