Black stuff coming from nose

My daughter has black stuff that looks like mascara coming from both nostrils could it be a reaction to her nose ring?

if it is a reaction to nose ring it should be at the piercing area. Sometimes metal reaction like allergy can cause reaction but not at both sides of nostril. Contact you piercer if the problem is at the nose piercing.
