I have seen barbie with a nose piercing while surf in the internet..........but can't remember which site! Do you have any image of barbie with nose ring?
The Hard Rock Cafe Barbie's. Some of them haave nose piercings. There are 4 or 5 different HRC Barbie's.

You can do it yourself, actually. I've done it. Just take a safety pin and make the hole. Then find an old earring post, and cut it from the earring. Then push it in as far as you want, but make sure it's not too far that you can't pull it back out. You can use a tiny piece of clay and put it at the end if you want, and it'll help with getting it back out. :)
